RoK Fitness & Wellness provides the experience to help you achieve a lifestyle change through health, nutrition and fitness. My goal is to provide you with fun, challenging, motivation work outs along with frequent health coaching, nutrition, exercise, and wellness tips so that you may adopt a healthier lifestyle and do all the things you want to do in life. Life is short so we want our clients to take control and start living a balance life today.   

Personal Training

As a certified personal trainer I will design a training program specifically for you based on your individual profile (including age, exercise history, fitness level, goals, available equipment, schedule availability, medical history, etc.). To save time, many diet or fitness programs are based on a general, one-size-fits-all approach and use computer-generated programs. But, most clients are more successful at reaching their goals when using a program that is designed just for them. We utilize the extensive profile you provide to develop your customized program so that you are always doing exercises that are just right for that client. I design programs for all fitness levels, for use with a variety of exercise equipment or even no equipment at all. I will set down with you and discuss your needs, goals, fitness and injury history in a complimentary initial consultation.

Nutritional & Holistic Health Coaching

The term Health Coach conveys the position as a motivating, supportive, action-oriented and ongoing ally to our clients. A Health Coach is a guide and mentor who empowers clients to take responsibility for his or her own health and supports them to implement and sustain lifestyle and behavior changes that will contribute to the achievement of their personal wellness goals. Some common areas where a Health Coach may help a client to focus include weight management, food cravings, sleep, energy, stress management and digestion just to name a few.

RoK Fitness nutritional and health coaching program will guide clients on improving their health through diet and lifestyle changes. Our fitness and nutrition packages include:

Boot Camp Fitness Classes 

Motivation, Encouragement, and Accountability: RoK Fitness Boot Camp classes is a fun and energetic fitness workout program that includes motivation, accountability, and dynamic resistance training, all designed to get you the body that you wantin a safe fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

Our boot camp fitness classes are personalized to meet your needs and our trainers assist you with the motivation as well as the techniques. Trained by the military to offer military style fitness and certified personal training, I bring military discipline to your workout schedule. Our program feature:

A privately owned Gym is looking for an outgoing and engaging front desk coordinator for a part-time position. Our studio is a quickly growing and inviting establishment located in Los Altos. We specialize in Personal Fitness Training but also offer Semi-Private Training, Circuit Training Classes, Pilates Reformer and Massage. We have built an amazing community and want someone to support the continued growth. The studio has a warm, casual feel but our classes are high-energy.

This position is ideal for a student or college graduate who is passionate about fitness, health and wellness, and who is energized by having a lot of responsibility. Reliability, accountability and integrity are a must.

Our new team member will be friendly, approachable and enthusiastic about helping our clients feel right at home. You will offer a wonderful guest experience before and after classes, assisting with questions and concerns while utilizing resourcefulness and business savvy to accomplish front desk duties. Our new team member may also be needed to assist with training clients.
